- 5+ years of QA experience
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Hands-on experience in API Testing & tools.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and Web Technologies (HTML, JS).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
- Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Resolves team impediments
- Managing project scope and timelines
- Ensure each person is working on the right tasks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Support product owner and provide education where needed
